House 11 - The Beach House


 House 11 "The Beach House" is a lovely 2 storey beachfront house that has recently been refurbished to make your holiday in Dunsborough even more enjoyable. The stunning open plan kitchen/dining/living area opens up to an amazing outdoor entertaining area including a plunge pool, barbeque, outdoor dining table and sun lounges that overlook the bay. This is the perfect place to soak up some rays and watch the world go by, or enjoy a lazy long lunch or dinner on a balmy summer evening. Or book a stay during the winter months and enjoy the warmth of the wonderful new wood fire. The kitchen has stone bench tops with all modern appliances sleek new cabinetry.

There is also a second lounge room downstairs with a large couch for the kids to wacth their own tv shows or dvds. A large desk area is also provided if you just can't leave your work at gome. A separate powder room is located downstairs for convenience, along with a fully equipped laundry.

Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite and an amazing view through the treetops of the bay. There is a second king size room with a beautifully appointed semi-ensuite. A further queen room and twin room are located upstairs, to ensure the house can sleep 8 people comfortably.

With a great location on Dunsborough beach, there are no roads to cross to get to the beach, and an easy 10 minute walk to the many shops and cafes in the centre of Dunsborough. And being on the doorstep of the Margaret River Region you will be perfectly located to experience the many delights the South West has to offer.
