The stunning open plan kitchen/dining/living area opens up to an amazing outdoor entertaining area including a plunge pool, barbeque, outdoor dining table and sun lounges that overlook the bay. This is the perfect place to soak up some rays and watch the world go by, or enjoy a lazy long lunch or dinner on a balmy summer evening. The kitchen has stone bench tops with all modern appliances sleek new cabinetry.

There is also a second lounge room downstairs with a large couch for the kids to watch their own tv shows or dvds. A large desk area is also provided if you just can't leave your work at home. A separate powder room is located downstairs for convenience, along with a fully equipped laundry.

Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite and an amazing view through the treetops of the bay. There is a second king size room with a beautifully appointed semi-ensuite. A further queen room and twin room are located upstairs, to ensure the house can sleep 8 people comfortably.
