House 22 is freshly painted and refurbished inside and out with new furniture and just waiting to become your ‘Home away from Home’.
The quality fixtures and fittings in the house make it a perfect location for families. You can even bring your well behaved pooch on holiday with you as the yard is fully encosed with a side gate for access. Subject to conditions and must be approved before booking.
4 bedrooms are very large in size of which 2 of them have king beds with ensuite and TVs mounted on the wall for relaxation. There is a third bathroom shared by the other 2 bedrooms, one of which has 2 sets of bunk beds and the other bedroom has a queen size bed.
There is a spacious open plan living/dining area, incorporating a chef's kitchen and an inviting wood fire, plus reverse cycle air-conditioning. The huge granite bench tops will make preparing meals a breeze whilst also allowing the chef to feel engaged with the rest of the family. There is a beautiful wooden 12 seater dining table to accommodate the largest of families or multiple friends with completely folding doors to enjoy alfresco dining.
There are many things to also keep the children entertained such as a selection of board games for quality family time. Toys are also available for the little ones and also a Wii with games. The adults are also not forgotten with Foxtel on the large 65 inch LED TV, a wide range of books and the house also caters for technology with the highest NBN package for super fast internet.
The house also has cot, highchair and change table to help a family reduce packing requirements for holidays.
There is an outdoor hot and cold shower to help rinse the sand off after your trip to the beach (dogs and humans) which is only a couple of minutes walk away. Outside there is a BBQ in the lovely decked and undercover outdoor entertaining area which leads out from the bifold doors which creates a lovely indoor/outdoor living area. The huge Fatboy hammock is just the place to relax for a quiet read on the lazy afternoons or for the kids to just wind down.

With a great location on Dunsborough beach, there are no roads to cross to get to the beach, and an easy 10 minute walk to the many shops and cafes in the centre of Dunsborough. And being on the doorstep of the Margaret River Region you will be perfectly located to experience the many delights South West WA has to offer.

What a fabulous family place to stay within walking/cycling distance to shops, and a short stroll to the beach down the path. Everything is catered for in the home, even foxtel for those recovery days. It will not disappoint!

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay! Lovely house ,spacious and clean, lovely kitchen, comfy beds, nice big fireplace to keep us warm & cosy and the best showers ever!! A few minutes walk to town and and the coastal path and close to all the regions attractions , this is the nicest place we’ve stayed in Dunsborough, thanks Kate & Dylan for a great stay x
