A large family home offering 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped brand new kitchen and laundry facilities. The spacious lounge/dining area also has a large flat screen TV with Foxtel. A lovely outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ completes the picture.
Just 50 metres from the gentle waters of Geographe Bay and ten minutes walk to the centre of Dunsborough, the location is just perfect.

I have just returned from this Amazing holiday house number 18. The house is so big, clean and fully equipped with kitchen utensils, two TV rooms with a TV and a DVD player each, one en-suite bedroom plus 3 very good size bedrooms, huge fridge, dishwasher, washing machine , clothes dryer , huge dining table, 10 seaters couch at the TV room, huge outdoor portable BBQ stove, huge out door dining table, a canoe, huge jacuzzi bath and just 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10 mins walked to Dunsborough town!
This house is really great value for money and it has everything we need for our 1 week holiday. We had a fabulous holiday not only because of Beautiful Dunsborough but also because we had the best accommodation at house no 18, Halcyon-bay to make us feel at home, safe enjoyable and convenient! Thank you for your wonderful fully equipped home, we will definitely make this house our holiday accommodation at Dunsborough.
